The rules are all pretty basic considering what this site is based around. Most importantly you just need to know what the staff is looking for when reviewing your character's info. Also since this forum isn't tied down to an exsisting well known anime idea you wouldn't have to worry about certain Canons getting in your way. So I wish you luck and, look forward to seeing you active.
