These are characters that have been created to fill in certain spots within the site or, more so to advance the role-play going on ICly between members. I cannot stress the importance of NPCs when in need of having to something that you feel is not easily done. So in here feel free to submit NPC ideas if you have anything that you feel could be used effectively.
